WAFULA CHEBUKATI BATTLE WITH HIV

There have been a lot of speculations about Wafula Chebukati’s ailment. Some rumoured that the ex-IEBC chairman was suffering from a brain tumour but recent occurrences reveal that he is actually suffering from HIV. While unverified, a lady by the name of Susan Nekesa shared her interactions with the former IEBC chairman and said that Chebukati infected her with HIV.

She aired her frustrations on Facebook and said that she never thought she would be in her current situation of airing her dirty laundry in public for the world to see. She said that she has been pushed to the edge and she must come out in the open.

She said that she once loved Wafula Chebukati with all her heart. They met back in 2020 and everything seemed to be all roses. They fell in love with each other and from that love, they got a beautiful son, Eugene Wanyonyi. However, she didn’t know that behind the charming smile and loving gestures of her older lover, there was a dark secret.

Susan Nekesa explained that she didn’t know Chebukati had HIV and unfortunately, she was infected. She said that while Chebukati took care of her bills, he is not a saint. She has been trying to reach him in vain. He has been holed up in an undisclosed hospital, leaving her in the darkness about his condition.

To her, it is very important to know the whereabouts of her son and even access him because she will be left with the burden of raising their son alone, with no money and living with HIV. She said that Chebukati is a deceitful and selfish man and she will not rest until she gets justice.
